I became a therapist because I care deeply about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest.

So many of the individuals who find their way to me are thoughtful and self-aware. They care deeply about doing things “right.” They’ve carried responsibility for a long time — sometimes in their families, sometimes in their relationships, sometimes in environments where expectations were clear and rarely questioned.

Over time, that kind of pressure can shape the way you see yourself. You may start to question your instincts. You may silence parts of yourself. You may feel guilt or shame for thoughts, emotions, or desires that don’t fit the mold you were given.

My work centers around helping people untangle that.

I support individuals who are:

  • Processing changes in belief or values

  • Healing from high-expectation or rigid environments

  • Working through relationship dynamics and emotional labor

  • Struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or internal pressure

Therapy with me is collaborative and steady. I won’t push you toward a particular belief or outcome. My role is to help you build clarity, emotional safety, and self-trust so that your decisions come from a grounded place — not fear or shame.

I incorporate a holistic lens that honors both emotional and nervous system experiences. Healing isn’t just cognitive — it’s embodied.

If you grew up or lived in environments where there were clear rules about how you were supposed to think, feel, or behave, you may still be carrying the weight of those expectations. We work to untangle what still fits and what no longer serves you.

Many women — and men — find themselves carrying the emotional weight of their relationships. Therapy can help you find your voice, set healthy boundaries, and communicate more clearly without guilt.
